Lintech provides both single and dual, precision round rail steel shaft assemblies. These shaft assemblies have a precision machined 6061-T6 aluminum black anodized base that runs the entire length of the shaft which not only supports the user load as it moves along the shaft, but the support also has pre-drilled base mounting holes that allow for easy customer mounting to a machines frame. The shaft straightness specification is 0.001/0.002 in/ft. cumulative. Shaft diameters are available from 0.500 to 2.0 inches in 6 to 192 inch standard lengths. Some standard sizes can be shipped in less than 2 days, while any length can be provided as a custom in as little as 1 week. These shaft assemblies work well with Lintech pillow blocks.

The SA series is ideal for those applications requiring an outrigger bearing assembly to help support the load weight in a positioning application. Using a round rail linear bearing assembly is much easier to align, and keep aligned, than a square rail linear guide system would be. The TRSA series is an engineered, pre-aligned, dual precision shaft assembly system that allows the user to quickly install a drive system of their choice to move a required load when used with our TRCA carriage assemblies. End stops, 440 C stainless steel shafts, chrome plated shafts, and metric diameters are all available as options. Also, CAD models can be downloaded from the Lintech website in any format desired.
