The Lintech rolled ball screw assembly series has a lead error of 0.003 inches / foot and a unidirectional repeatability of 0.0002 inches. The screw diameters available are 0.500, 0.625, 0.750, 1.00, and 1.500 inch. The ball screw assembly has 5 different end support options to pick from, Simple – Simple, Fixed(LT) – Simple, Fixed(HT) – Simple, Rigid – Simple, and Rigid – Rigid. These all steel black oxide finish end supports provide a very rigid and solid screw support no matter what length of ball screw used.

Each ball screw assembly has either a preloaded or non-preloaded nut assembly available as an option, plus a very unique Turcite plastic nut option that offers some of the advantages of a acme screw, but with a system efficiency of over 65%. Depending on the screw diameter, the screw lead options range from 0.200 to 2.00 inches, thus allowing the option to select a version that would either give overall higher system speeds or the use of a smaller motor to move a given load. Each rolled ball screw assembly has a round flange, vertical bracket, or L bracket nut flange to choose from in either English or Metric mounts.
