The Lintech precision ground ball screw assembly has a lead error of 0.0005 inches / foot and a unidirectional repeatability of 0.0001 inches. This improved lead error is accomplished through better manufacturing procedures, which also provides for our smoothest and quietest operation. The GS series has both English and Metric diameters available in 0.625 and 0.750 inches, plus 16 and 20 mm. The ball screw assembly has 5 different end support options to pick from, Simple – Simple, Fixed(LT) – Simple, Fixed(HT) – Simple, Rigid – Simple, and Rigid – Rigid. These all steel black oxide finish end supports provide a very rigid and solid screw support no matter what length of ball screw used.

Each ball screw assembly only has a preloaded nut assembly available as an option. Depending on the screw diameter, the screw lead options range from 5 to 20 mm, thus allowing the user to select a version that would either give overall higher system speeds or the use of a smaller motor to move a given load. Each precision ground ball screw assembly has a round flange, vertical bracket, or L bracket nut flange to choose from in either English or Metric mounts.
